So I was checking email and reading some of my favorite blogs using my Toughbook CF-Y7. We've had it downstairs in our kitchen for some time now and it has been great- so convenient and useful!
Anyway, for some reason, I had picked up my bowlful of milk and breakfast cereal and it slipped from my hand, dumping squarely on the keyboard of the laptop. I remembered from the manual (I actually read it prior to this...) that in this situation, the best thing to do is to leave the laptop level. I powered it down, put a towel on the keyboard, lifted it straight up (as the manual says to do) because the Toughbook is designed to drain liquids away from important components.
