Both my girls had attitude. Makes parenting a real challenge. You are in for some wonderful times. As for grits neither like nor dislike.

Haha really? I'm hoping she won't be too bad growing up but I have a feeling she's going to be a strong personality and yes, grits! I love them! She does too (but not yesterday morning). I ate them down south in Alabama at my sister's years ago and have loved them ever since. I also used to frequent a breakfast place in Beverly Hills, California that served grits with some cheddar cheese on top. They were AMAZING! :)

If it's any consolation, my daughter had way more attitude during the toddler and preschool years than she has EVER had since.

Also, did you say grits? Don't you live in Boston? I didn't know people from Boston had even heard of grits!
