How did you find out about LivinginHD.com?
When I bought my new 50" Panasonic Plasma TV, I started looking around, as I always do, for support
sites, reviews, and general tips on usage. When I ran into the LivingInHD website, I realized that this was
a great community, with a lot of expertise. I also noticed that with my knowledge of technology, I could
contribute something useful, which I'm always happy to do.

What is your favorite photo out of your
currently uploaded photos here on the site?
I'd say my picture of the lens-glare and sun-beams across
a brook. It was taken on a fall day near the South Branch of
the Raritan River in NJ, and even though the contrast isn't all
that great, I just thought it was an amazing moment to capture something like that.
What are your favorite features of the community?
I think having so many people in one community, people with different backgrounds, levels and areas of
expertise, is a great way to build networks between consumers, and between consumers and producers. If
Panasonic is smart, and I know they are, they spend time reading through the questions and solutions, and
other topics posted by community members, so they can provide customer service based on real-world
examples. Additionally, this is the perfect vehicle for Panasonic to reach the customers that are truly interested
in their products, and enhance that relationship, while the community members themselves may be responsible for bringing new customers to Panasonic by offering lively discussions and great content. Of course,
Panasonic will need to continue to offer the great content they have been offering so far.
What can you say about the 50" Panasonic Plasma TV you own? What has your
experience been thus far?
I am the lucky owner of the Panasonic TC-P50G10 plasma TV, my girlfriend gave it to me as an early birthday
present last year, and I can't say enough good things about it. The picture quality is just phenomenal, having a
THX display mode is great for people who want accurate color depiction, and since I have it hooked up to our
wireless network, I can make full use of the VieraCast features, such as Amazon Video on Demand, YouTube, Picasa, and Stock Quotes.
What have you gained from this site?
Seeing some of the wonderful pictures in the Gallery has given me a new appreciation of digital photography,
and I hope that those examples, together with the excellent photography seminars that have been provided,
will make me a better photographer.
I would also be remiss if I didn't mention the Answerman, Greg Harper, whose explanations of technical issues to a non-technical audience has helped me with some of the more intricate technical questions I've had as well.
