RSS Feeds are a pretty neat thing. It stands for Really Simple Syndication. Lets say you have a website you frequent that has constant updates all the time. Instead of going straight to their page you can subscribe to its RSS Feed through your internet browser. Once you click on the feed, all of the new stories will be listed and contain a short synopsis of the Article which you can then click on. RSS Feeds are really popular from big time blogging websites like Joystiq, engadget, etc. If you want to read more into it, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS_Feeds is a good source on RSS feeds and their background.

I tried to set up my RSS to my twitter account....but it didnt work ? my account is @RockerMom so i put www.twitter.com/rockermom dont know what the drop down menu with numbers means.. but I put 10.... sorry to keep bugging you with this RSS buisness but I really want to set it up :) thanks!

When I went to click on your RSS feed, the Link I got was feed://twitter.com/statuses/user_timeline/16408132.rss If you bookmark it and you do several updates, the bookmark itself will have in parenthesis how many updates there are.

The guys really did a great job explaining what an RSS feed is. If you need more clarification, let me know. I've actually written an article about this before. But yes, that should be the right RSS URL below for your Twitter feed. Did it work for you?
