It's a homesick night. I live in Texas but my "home" and accent is from South Louisiana. I missed deMardi Gras. I still can't believe they don't shut down Texas on Fat Tuesday. Anyone got any videos/photos of Mardi Gras to share with me? I guess that's a like "throw me something, mister".

Well, heck ... I was hoping I could live vicariously through someone else.  I'll just have to go myself next year and bring back some photos of what we think of as Mardi Gras and the Mamou style of Mardi Gras.
