I just hooked up a wireless adapter to my Panasonic TCP50-G10 and can now access Viera Cast through my wireless network. It's quite nifty, and I'm looking forward to seeing what new content will be offered. Currently, you can access YouTube, the weather, Bloomberg stock ticker, and Amazon Video On Demand. I'm thinking of putting together a How-To on the process of connecting your TV to an existing wireless network, but I'm not sure if there's enough interest for me to do that. Any input would be appreciated.

Please do! Many, if not most of us are on wireless networks. Sounds great to me. I definitely would be interested and know there are others here too, who would find this an informative and helpful resource.

Okay, now this is brilliant ... I'm going to have to check into this. You know it's only going to grow like wildfire in the near future! Thanks, Sebastian!

Im definitely interested on a How-To process of connecting your TV to an existing wireless network, I actually was wondering if that was even possible. I'm sure there are many others thatwould be interested in this as well especially now that there a probably more users of TVs with these capabilities.

When we got rid of our cable service, we no longer had a cable modem near the television. I had to hook up our television to our wireless network. Instead of going right out and buying an adapter, I used a gaming adapter that had come with all of our Panasonic equipment figuring I would buy one if I had to. It took some doing, but ended up working out beautifully! Sebastian, if you can explain it clearly, by all means post how to do it!

Hmm, I seem to vaguely recall that I did post something that explained how to do this, let me see if I can still find it. It's very easy with most of the gaming adapters that are available for around $50-$75. It's even easier if you have a wireless router with WPS, which offers 1-button setup. Ah yes, here it is :) Everything is still applicable, the adapters are a bit cheaper than 3 months ago, and like I mentioned, if you have a wireless router and adapter with WPS functionality, it's even easier. http://www.livinginhd.com/go/thread/view/70916/22356437/How_To:_VIERACast?post_id=389302221#389302221
