Since there are so many new and active people on the site, I thought it would be fun for people to get to know the LiHD families that have won and used the gear. Post your questions, or thoughts and find out from the horses' mouths (insert your joke about other parts of the horse here...) what living with these Panasonic products is all about. LiHD families, jump on in and pick up the thread!

Just got back from a camping trip this weekend. Three of us were taking pictures of a particular scene and sharing with each other. The other 2 loved our picture the best and asked that we email them a copy. This happens all the time whether at work or at play. The difference in clarity and quality of picture is just one of the perks of being an LIHD family. The equipment is exceptional. As for the plasma, blu-ray and our surround sound we are definitely spoiled. Other than Avatar we have not stepped inside a movie theater in past 2 1/2 years.

These days we almost never leave the house without one of our products. Whether it's a photo camera, a video, the toughbook or checking the house from far away with our observation camera. The suite has definately become a part of our lives. One of our favorite things is when people come into our home and comment on the clarity of the TV's, it makes you smile.

Hey Bender Family, I think I left this post somewhere else, too, but I wanted you to know that seeing you guys in the old LiHD video helped to inspire me to join. You all looked like you were having so much fun! Thanks for inspiring me. We love being a LiHD family. Can you guys think of any long-term effects that LiHD has had on your family- How you see/use technology, etc? Just curious how it is for families that have been in it for longer than we have...

Yeah I'm obsessed w/my gear -- huge fan of the G1. I left mine at my friends' in Alaska and I went to have her send it back to me. UPS is unable to drop it off w/o my signature and the pickup location is only open during work hours over an hour from work. I'm desperate to get it back for the Fall season before she comes to visit so I'm going to great lengths to get it back! One of my most prized possessions. My TV gives me a whole new viewing experiencing... I really look forward to curling up in front of my own little movie theater :)

Kate, your friends must really love you. I'm not sure I would have sent the camera back! :)

After seeing the quality of pictures that camera is capable of it would be tempting to shoot a few of your own before returning it...lol!
