anyone know how to cook halibut?

I cant seem to get it right. Since its sort of a thicker filet, I'll either undercook it, or overcook in attempts to cook it all the way through.  If anyone has a recipe, that actually works well...I'd love to hear it!!!

There a ton of recipes for halibut right online.  I no longer use cookbooks for recipes.
