Here's a great review by someone who used the Lumix GF1 during a 16-day trip to Nepal.

Great Quote:

"I covered the camera in sweat. I hit it against rocks (unintentionally). The air was often dusty and this dust, by the end of the trip, had worked its way into every nook of the GF1. And yet it performed flawlessly. Never once did it stutter or complain or fail to take an image when I asked it to. And only rarely did it take the wrong image."

The review is here:

He's also followed up with a review centered around the GF1's video capabilities here:

Now I really want the GF1!

What an awesome quote!  Maybe in this case it could be the unintentional "Tough Cam" instead of Toughbook? ;)

Nice article in Sept. Issue of Popular Photography.  They tested Panasonic G10 and said it is a nice camera at an affordable price.

I bought Evan a G10 so we won't have to fight over the GH1 anymore!  The G10 is a really slick camera with all the needed features for great photography.  It's very light, intuitive, and takes great pictures!  I use it a lot and it never lets us down.

Of course you can't Panasonic reliability too!
