Our Jinx's whole life is living on the edge every since he boarded that plane from  Ukraine over a year ago...lol!  He has brought so much joy to the household. We  lost Jetty our black lab in 2006 and just didn't have the heart to bring another pet into our lives. Sarah brought this little devil home and he has wormed his way into our lives and hearts in  a way that can't be matched. Can't imagine life without him. He definitely runs the house.

my chi- chi (name of my dog) came from Ecuador. We brought her with us on our way back from our vacation. She was born with a bad leg that she can't move, but that doesn't stop her from running and playing around. She can't climb up the stairs though, but it is ok shes a spoiled princess anyways.

No my daughter adopted him when he was 5 weeks old while she was serving in the Peace Corps in Ukraine.  At the end of her service he flew  home with her.  He came with a microchip and his own passport.  Has been with us since last November and we love having him.  His inquisitve nature is a lot of fun to watch.

Pets are meant to be spoiled.

Ana, Cathy, those are funny stories.  My mother has a dog and she spoils her soooooooooo much.  Buys her McDonalds - Kids meal on her birthday and Christmas.  Takes her shopping and has tons of clothes for her...

This is my good friend, Katrene. She and her English Springer Spaniel, Morgan, are active in the West Jersey Search & Rescue unit, and have performed over 50 searches nationwide. A few days after 9/11, they were asked to search the landfill in Staten Island to look for human remains in the massive mounds of debris that were shipped there from the World Trade Center. In 1995, they were also actively engaged in search and recovery efforts after Hurricane Katrina in Hancock County, Mississippi.

I didn't take this picture, so I can't take credit, but I just want to recognize this amazing dog (Morgan received the 2006 Rescue Dog of the Year award from the AKC), and her owner, who both live on the edge.

I have two huskys that live on the edge - I'll post a photo of them shortly.  My female was a rescue 3 years ago.  I can't imagine her not being part of our pack.  She definitely lives on the edge!
