Drinking coffee:

- Reduces your risk of developing cancers of the head, neck, mouth, throat, and liver

- Helps prevent the deterioration of memory

- Reduces women's risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke, and men's risk of aggressive prostate cancer

And here's the kicker: The more coffee you drink, the more these beneficial effects develop. So drink up, folks...it's GOOD for you!

It's also good for you in not getting "Old Timers Disease" memory lose. But back in the early 80's there was a study stating that more then 2 cups a day wasn't good for you, they use to say the same about eggs.

Just saw this.  Nice to hear since mornings start out so much easier with a cup or 2 or 3.
