So I love to cook, and often use a cook book because we do not have any secret family recipes. Anyone have a favorite family recipe or recipes? Can you share them, or are they a family secret ;) haha or your favorite cook book recipe would also be amazing! If you have a recipe and some pictures of the finished dish, it would be cool to make a community cook book using Blurb books. I could make it, and would definitely buy it! Just an Idea!

I have an excellent recipe... Seafood Paella

- red bell peppers

- garlic

- red onions

- red cooking wine

- salt

- Adobo (Goya)

- Paprika

- a variety of seafood

- colombian or argentinian sausage...

- white rice

Cook the seafood and sausage together and then mix it with the white rice...

Today was my step ffathers Change of Command ceremony, he is taking command of the Army Chemical Depot out here in Utah, and they had alot of food for our family, we were VIP's :P it was crazy, and I had to shake everyones hand after while standing in a line with my family, so everyone could greet us. I think my favorite family recipe comes from my neighbor, who use to make spaghetti sauce from scratch, and she still does it every saturday morning! If I ever got grounded on a Saturday or Tuesday her son, my friend, would make a plate put it on his Hummer remote control car and drive it up to my bedroom window where I would lean out and grab it, then put the plate on the hummer once I was done! :P

Well if you'd like a recipe on how to burn anything, and I mean ANYTHING, let know I'm really good at it. I'm especially good at burning the garlic bread to go with our spaghetti dinner. I absolutley love the toaster over and I'm pretty good at catching it on fire from time to time when I'm cooking bagals in it. I have to say I don't enjoy cooking. I only do it out of necessity. Maybe that's why we have the same ol' thing week after week. I'd love a good recipe for some chinese food if anyone's got one. Here is one easy tip I have for cooking asparagus. Rub an ample supply of olive oil on your asparagus, then season it with a bunch of garlic salt and BBQ it on your grill. Mmmm, I'm getting hungry. Check out the Cowboy's Wife here at LiHD, she runs a recipe bus called the Wooden Spoon, I think?
