Any other Lumix that has maximum aperture at full focal length.  My FZ10 does, but I am looking for a new camera.

I think any that allow manual settings will do it.  Our FZ28, G10, and GH1 all allow it.

I was not clear, my FZ10 stays at F2.8 all the way to 420mm.  I think most cameras go to a smaller aperture at maximum focal length even on manual.  I could be wrong.

The FZ10 has a fixed aperture of f2.8.  That's actually pretty good because it allows good depth of field throughtout the zoom range.  Any of the newer cameras that are more than simple point and shoots probably will have adjustable aperture along with the shutter, ISO, etc.
