I do! I own the CF-Y7. It rocks! Any questions for me? Fire away and I will answer them the best I can. Many of the LiHD families have them, so you can get information from all of us!

Thanks, guys!! Can you tell me if the keyboard set up is that of a standard keyboard with key positioning? Also, would it be dustproof when opened? The keyboard I mean - like some sort of gasket under the keys. Sorry, don't mean to be a pain. ;) And thank you for offering yourself as a resource! That's wonderful of you to do.

Yeah, the Keyboard on the CF-52 is not a normal keyboard layout(it is compressed) - It is a bit weird at first, but we got used to it. I beleive the keyboard is dust proof but not sure. It most likely is because the keyboard is supposed to witstand 6 fl oz of water dropped on it as they claim, Good luck!

Keyboards for me are one of the most important features as I work online, as well as being involved in a number of other online projects which require use of a "comfortable keyboard". I have first hand experience with a wireless keyboard used with my wireless desktop computer and the layout also compressed and I had to get another keyboard because it became increasingly difficult to navigate. Thanks for the information.

S.O.S. I needed a new power cord for my Tough Book so it was out of commision for a while. Since then I can't remember my password to log on to it. Anyone know what I can do to get logged on?
Thanks, Cindy LiHD Family #12

Glad to hear your password problem is resolved. There is nothing worse than sitting at a computer and cannot access due to not remembering a password.

We've got the CF-52 as well, and the keyboard has been a bit difficult to get used to for me. My wife loves it, and since she's the primary user (I use my work laptop most of the time) that's all that matters. For some reason, I don't always hit the spacebar correctly and have to go back to add spaces. Don't have this issue on either of the other two laptops we have in the house, so I just attribute it to the compressed keyboard setup (spacebar is shorter on this laptp than it is my Toshiba and Lenovo).
On a positive note - I just upgraded the CF-52 to Win7 Home Premium and it runs like a champ on this thing. No difference in speed from WinXP to Win7 on ours.
