I am about the biggest movie lover I know next to my dad. He is the one who started me on this journey, lol. I easily own over 1000 movies and yes some of them are on vhs. The Best Man is my all time favorite. Right now while I am typing this I am watching House of Wax. A lot of people do like this movie but I really like it. Guess I just wanted to introduce myself and say hi. By the way I am 1stopmom :)

Hi and welcome! Lots of movie lovers here but we don't always post. I love them too but I'm hard pressed to pick one favorite. Even if you narrow it down to genres I have a lot I like. I do love the older ones where the acting is what made the movie great. Some new movies are all special effects with a few actors thrown in. Tim

I saw House of Wax.. it was great. I actually like the ending.. amazing how a whole house can melt so easily..

Favorite movie? Too many to list...First one that came to mind, though is Raiders of the Lost Ark. Brilliant nod to the old serials with great action, great story lines and Harrison Ford at his best. The right mix of humor and intensity! Beautifully shot and directed.

Favorite...yikes that is a tough one. Mash has always been a favorite along with Apocalypse Now and the Godfather.
