I'm probably going out on a limb with this one, but I'm trying to prepare to send out a few of my interns to cover a shoot with the Panasonic DVX100 tonight and we're going to be receiving an audio feed from an audio mixer. I need to switch the audio settings on the camera to line mode so we don't blow away the audio. There's a piece in the manual about it, but it's not making sense to me. I'm not sure if I'm just missing something. Anyone have any experience with this camera that might be able to help out? I would certainly appreciate it! - Kayla

Nevermind. Problem solved. :) The mic/line switch is on the front of the camera near the XLR inputs.

I own the DVX100A. Trying to figure out the best compression for DVD's. Everything looks like $@%& on an HD set. Any thoughts?
