While Panasonic is still working (hopefully) on their Viera tablets, there are apps available for the iPhone and iPad which turn your phone/tablet into a remote control for your compatible Panasonic Viera TVs (2011 models only unfortunately). From the press release:

The Viera Remote App has been specifically designed for use with Viera Connect, the new cloud-based Internet service from Panasonic that allows you to watch sports, health and fitness activities, interactive games, and a variety of other content, in addition to the standard movies and television programs.
