This is why I love Panasonic. Vieracast automatically updated to VieraConnect this morning on my 2010 VT25, giving me a whole new range of apps to install. Social media apps, games, sports, news. You can now access the VieraConnect market and download apps to your heart's content. The new apps will then show up on the main VieraConnect screen. Can't wait to play around with it. Off to find a news release of some sort!
Kudos to supporting 'older' technology, Panasonic!

Yup, if you've already used VieraCast (and we use it a lot because of Netflix), just start it, and it'll upgrade to VieraConnect.

My tv upgraded to VieraConnect the other day. I really like the interface and I love the idea of being able to add apps!

Our plasmas don't get the updates.  Definitely looking forward to them when we upgrade.
