Fall came in one fell swoop and now it feels like winter!  Where did the time go?  We've been enjoying our girls and snapping away lots of pictures (see the slide show below).  Having two little girls makes time fly by at high speed and from one day to the next they seem to grow from little infants to little ladies.  Hope everyone is having a great fall and gearing up for the holidays =)

Before we became a LiHD family, I didn't know much about HD television.  I knew it was something about a clearer picture and a better viewing experience but I really thought it was all just hype. 

We've been enjoying our new TV now for a little over a week and I've got to say I was a fool before!  The first couple of days we spent lots of time flipping back and forth between HD and non-HD versions of the same channel; the difference is wild.  The Food Network, our favorite, is so unbelievably crisp it's insane!  A downfall, though, is that you may be disappointed in some of your favorite TV stars who don't look so glamorous anymore in HD.

Now I'm off to finish the new season of Project Runway in HD!

Just wanted to pop in and introduce ourselves to the community!  We're the lucky 58th Living in HD Family.  We're super excited to get to know the other families and the entire community here.

You can read our profile and learn a bit about our little family.  We have two daughters, ages 2 years old and 3 months, so our lives are busy, busy busy to say the least.  Our profile pic right now is a shot of our two girls bumming around in the early (stress on the early) morning as mama and papa enjoy their new camera!  I think our baby is saying, "Really?  You're taking pictures of me this early?"  Our tot on the other hand is completely used to our obsession with taking random pictures so she's just ignoring us at that point.  Since our baby is prime time in our profile pic, thought we'd share a pic of our tot.

Right now we're trying to soak up as much summer fun as we can - trips to the zoo, lazy days at the beach, romping around the playground.  Today was a zoo day and I loved snapping pics of our favorite animals.  I was super impressed with how great the pictures turned out.  I wasn't very close to any of the animals below but I was able to zoom in and get super crisp shots.  I think I feel a flashcard project coming on with pictures like these!  Here are some pics of our toddler's two favorite animals.

We're hoping to make it to the beach this coming week and hopefully we'll get to share some of the beauty of our local beaches (it's truly what won over this Jersey girl!).
