    Glad to know you want to help out. There are many thousands of Japanese that have lost family, homes, jobs! Red Cross is favorite relief agency.

    Yes Helen, Ever since being a LifeGuard in 1995 I always help with global emergencies, my degree will deal with that as well, but my friend lives in Japan so sadly, she coordinates there with my support on this side of the planet. Yes, I support the Red Cross (and Red Crescent) too but many people have other affiliations and we want a UNIFIED non biased HUMAN Response. Many of my friends have family in the affected area as well. It is a Human Tragedy of global scope. Great to be in solidarity with them and with you. Blessings for some warmth your way!
