On Sunday my son and I hung out at the Zoo with friends for Boo at the Zoo. We had a great time seeing all the animals, collecting candy (that I confiscated) and riding the carousel.  

I travel quite a bit and although I have a netbook, I have to say the toughbook has been a great asset when I am on the road. I love the light weight of the laptop and the built in handle. Whenever I travel people are  impressed by the handle and I always get a kick out of letting them feel how light weight the machine is.

I was with a group of mom bloggers this weekend in California and one of them tweeted that I need a new computer because she was going to snatch my toughbook!

One of the best things that I did on my latest trip was using while in flight. Wireless was available on my flight and once we reached 25,000 feet I turned on my toughbook and communicated with friends near and far!

The portability and light weight of my toughbook really are bonuses and I cannot believe I was able to get by without one!

Today we had the home theater installed and I was trained on the suite of products by Greg the Answerman. There is so much to learn but my level of excitement is still very high. At this moment my son and I are watching the  Ratatouille blue ray disk and the picture and sound are absolutely amazing!

My husband is in another room and heard the lightening strike in the movie.  He actually thought the television had fallen off of the wall! We got a big chuckle out of that one. We are very impressed so far and we have only dipped our toes in the HD waters. I cannot wait to explore the rest of the products. 

I have taken a few pictures with the Lumix DSLR and here is one of my son enthralled by the movie.. 

I am enjoying the convenience of being able to take a photo, pop the memory card into the laptop and upload in minutes. I can get used to this!  

I am so excited that we have been chosen as Family #64! The suite of Panasonic HD products arrived today and right now, at this moment, I am typing from the new Toughbook. In a couple of days the installation of the tv and home theater will take place but I just could not wait to try out the laptop. 

This is truly going to make life easier and I love having the peace of mind that this laptop is both tough and light weight. Having a two year old running around can be a harrowing experience when electronics come into play but I am not worried about the toughbook. 

I look forward to learning how to use all of the products on Friday and will be sure to post photos once I start using my camera.
