Easy swordfish

Sprinkle Emeril Original Seasoning on both sides of a swordfish steak

Cover swordfish with Italian Dressing

Marinate for 4-6 hours

Preheat grill to Hot

Brush vegetable oil on grill rack (I use a folded over paper towl held by tongs)

Lower heat to medium

Grill over medium heat, 2-3 minutes on each side until fish is white and flaky
