Easiest way to grill an ear of corn on the grill:
Soak corn, husk and all, in water for at least 30 minutes.
Heat grill to medium
Grill corn for 20-25 minutes, turning frequently
Open husk CAREFULLY
Enjoy!
Other way to prepare:
Open husk almost all the way, leaving one end attached
Rub olive oil, salt, and pepper on exposed corn
Close husk, using butcher's rope, or other, non-flammable tie at the end that was opened
Heat grill to medium
Grill corn for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently
Open husk CAREFULLY
