    What good are memorable photos and videos if you can’t locate them? Dedicate a part of your computer where all of them can be stored and then organize by occasion. Another great way to store and backup your digital content is on a DVD by using the HD writer software.

    Disk space is tremendously cheap these days, external hard drives with a Terabyte of disk space (that is, 1,000 GigaBytes, or 1,000,000 Megabytes) can be found for around $100.-. Hooking them up to your PC using a USB or eSATA connection (much faster) is a snap, and once installed, you can share the entire drive on your home network, allowing everyone in your home to connect to this shared drive, storing and sharing music, movies, documents, and pictures easily.
