Bio
Well ,After seeing Chewbacca, R2-D2 and Darth Vader in the first Star Wars movie in 1977 was the inspiration for a life-long hobby: making monster masks. I was 14 at the time and immediately began learning to make masks using dental stone and dental acrylic. My mentor is the legendary Hollywood makeup artist, **** Smith, who has worked on many movies including The Exorcist, The Godfather and Amadeus, for which he won an Academy Award in 1984. 1997, Smith called me to complement my masks after receiving pictures of my work. “I will never forget the day when the number one makeup master in the world called me!” **** Smith has helped me so much with technical advice and instructional materials. Over the years, I’ve continued my hobby, I’m a denture lab technician for 20 years which has help my hobby . I love filmmaking and special fx “Making masks is a stress reducer and it’s a fun hobby; I’m playing Dr. Frankenstein.”

Your masks are amazing. Have been a Star Wars fan from the first time we saw the original on the big screen in '77. Congratulations on being the featured member.
